As yesterday i told you about 2 companies over here in Noida so today i'm gonna tell you how to apply for an interview.and what kind of questions they would ask.so lets start.

1:- You can directly walk-in the companies or you can call on this number(8957673836) or whats app. BPO hire the candidates most probably all the times but there's a time schedule for interview.

10:00 am to 02:00 pm interviews runs and also carry your latest CV with 2 photographs and one more thing Aadhar card or any government issued valid address proof for address verification.  these things are mandatory. and if you are experienced so carry your experience latter and marksheets for joining(only xerox copy).

2:- Interviewer's first question will be, 

Introduce your self or Tell me something about your self or brief your self. so don't be confuse all means are same so tell them about your self like your name, qualification, place you from, and your hobbies thats it. don't tell them about your family or occupation only then when they'll ask. for more information about interview read my past blogs.I'm sharing the link here you'll find easily.

3:- Second round would be taken by HR

 and he'll check your grammar portion and communication skills. so don't get nervous just answer his questions in simple way.

Hi Guys, After long time i'm writing blog. because i was busy with some new projects so i couldn't write any contents sorry about that.

so today i'm gonna tell you about bpo jobs, Company name where interviews going on and you'll get good salary packages. 

i'll suggest only those persons to join BPO sector who doesn't have any technical skills or professional degree. 

So first of all let me tell you about Noida's company.

1- Tech Mahindra-  Tech Mahindra is currently hiring candidates for flipkart process and also new process has come over there which is related to Air India.

Flipkart- This hiring is for those who's able to handle phone calls as customer service you. in this process Freshers will get 15k CTC and experience will get 18k CTC. and also lots of benefits with extra incentives plans it means you can earn upto 25k in hand salary.

Total two process's are running over here one is customer service by handling calls and second one is e-mail and chat process.

for calling process you have to average command in English and for chat and e-mail process you have to good command over English and Grammar portion. in calling process you'll have to face 3 rounds of interviews, one is normal face to face introduction round, Second one is HR round and third one is online mock call test with Bangalore team. Then you'll get selected.

In Air India process you have best communication skills with good command over English and Grammar portion. in this process you'll get around 20 to 25k in hand salary. its an inbound process.

2- Kotak Mahindra- Kotak Mahindra is hiring candidates for phone banking officer and expected salary for freshers is 13 to 16k in hand and for experience candidates 18 to 20k in hand salary with extra incentives plans and everything is same as all bpo's. here's is also three rounds of interview to check your communication skills and command over English.
