1) Respond to call / email professionally to give information about products and services, order / cancel, or get details of complaints.

2) Keep a record of the work done along with customer interaction, transactions, details of the inquiry, complaints and comments.

3) Process order, form and application.

4) To ensure that proper action was taken on the requests of the customers.

5) For unsolicited departments see unsolved customer complaints or special requests for further investigation.

Salary - up to CTC-3 LPA
