I have always believed that I should work in an industry that puts my speaking skills to good use. The BPO industry is the perfect career choice since it helps me to develop my personality and enhance my communication skills.

An example would be, 'I am looking at a career in trading and stock brokerage in future where good communication and people skills are must, and this job can help me develop that along with experience.'

They can be added as experience while writing a resume, especially for freshers where experience is not available. Clearing the interview process imparts confidence and teaches a lot more.
