If you do not feel motivated or enthusiastic, then like it.
The strange thing is that within a few minutes you actually start feeling inspired, positive or enthusiastic for the real.
3. Ask the uplift questions in the morning.
Here's what you do; Each morning, ask yourself three strong, strong questions like this:
What am I ______ right now in my life?
What makes me _______ about this?
How do I feel?
Put in your own value in the empty space. For example, I have some questions:
What am I still happy in my life?
What am I still excited about my life?
It is important that you really feel how it feels to you. When I think about the last part, which makes me happy, I really feel it.
These morning's questions are very good because the way to set them up recognizes the things that you take and then they actually make you realize those positive feelings.
4. Shake the goalpost.
Set a big and specific goal. This will inspire you much more than the small goals. A big goal has a big effect and it can cause a lot of inspiration.

When you do this, then your mind will not imagine the work that you need to do something difficult, fast, faster. If your brain sees such things then guess what happens often?

Actually starting, even if it is slow, it is completely better, which is not starting.
8. Compare yourself with yourself.
Not with others Comparing your whatever you have and your results that other people have and have accomplished can really kill your motivation because it enhances your self-doubt.
People always live in front of you Most likely the people of quite a lot And some of them are miles ahead.
So focus on you. On your results And how you can make them even better.
It is important to review your results, so you see how far you have gone wrong in the past so that further misconception can be avoided.
But this is also important because it is a great motivator to see how much you have improved and how far you have come. You may be pleasantly surprised when you do such reviews.

When you know what has happened to others in similar situations - the way they are headed - you can adapt their solutions (and individual variations of those people) and their own.

If you can consider abandoning it and do something that is a good reason instead of you.
