Actually, being a good person is not like that. Everyone likes different types of people. The key is building a personality which you can feel proud and confident. You want a personality that attracts people of your choice. It will take time and persistent effort in developing your personality, like changing any other major lifestyle. You will need to make new assumptions over time, and those beliefs will be implemented until they become habitual

1-Figure out what "personality" means to you. Most people define personality as a collection of mental and behavioral symptoms that make you who you are. These are your lasting characteristics and tendencies to think, behave and feel in certain ways. While some of your personality is defined by your genetics and your early experiences, it is possible to change your beliefs and behaviors to a certain extent over time.

2-Be happy and happy. Try to see happiness in the world. Laugh with others, but not everybody appreciates a person who is cheerful and sensual. Smiling and laughing a lot are a great part of a good personality.

3-Try to stay calm in stressful situations. Many people feel that they have a good personality unless you see them in an emergency or stressful situation. Then they lose their cool Do not be this person! If you are in a state of stress, then try to be relaxed and see what you can do to resolve the situation.
For example, suppose your car is broken on the highway and you are about to delay working. Do not start yelling and yelling - it's not going to fix anything. Keep your mind clean and start developing a plan to solve the problem.

Motivational skills can be defined as actions or strategies that elicit a desired behavior or response from a stakeholder. These strategies and actions vary based on three major factors:

The motivator's style
The target audience
The personality of the person the motivator seeks to influence

Steps in the Motivational Process
Motivation is a process that requires careful strategy for success. These steps can help you to reach the desired outcome:

Assess the preferences and personality characteristics of the individual or group to be motivated. What motivates one group of people might not be the same as what motivates another group of people.
Define motivational strategies appropriate for that target.
Convey expectations for performance from the object of the motivation. Or, make it clear how the person can achieve the desired outcome.
Communicate benefits, rewards, or sanctions if expectations are or are not met.
Share feedback on progress or lack of progress toward desired outcomes.
Address problems or obstacles that are limiting success.
Provide rewards for desired outcomes.
Issue warnings before enacting sanctions.
Recognize people who have responded in the desired manner.
